The ASRG is the recognised leading industry body supporting, developing and promoting the Australian Commercial and Defence Maritime Industry both nationally and internationally. Since prior to WWII the ASRG has remained dedicated to supporting the wider Australian marine industry, including our country's vast supply chain, through the promotion of Australia's commercial and defence marine operations, shipbuilding and ship repair capabilities including infrastructure, services and manufacturers of a range of associated marine equipment to ensure consistent growth and development of all facets of the industry. We also conduct internationally-recognised ASRG Dockmaster Courses throughout Australia and internationally. As well as providing a 24/7 voyage repair service to all Australian ports, the ASRG provides the wider marine industry sectors with up-to-date industry information and marketing support including representation and trade delegations over a lengthy period of years at commercial & defence maritime exhibitions and events in Australia and around the world and also through direct representation to relevant departments at all levels of Government.
