I attended many trainings before I started my journey as a trainer and consultant. None of them were satisfying. Trainers with great knowledge often lack the soft skill necessary to pass it to attendees. Trainers with great soft skills often lack the solid technical background and hands on experience in IT world, so they cannot solve the real problems and answer hard questions. I am perfectionist, so I want to provide trainings that are filled with practical knowledge and delivered with the highest quality. After years of speaking at conferences I know that how you share is as (or sometimes even more) important as what you share. I want to provide trainings after which every attendee can start doing things differently from the next day. I founded the company to make a difference. I truly believe that we can work in awesome companies where happy employees do satisfactory work, deliver value to the business and provide great experience to their customers.
