Capital Region Housing Corporation (CRHC) is a non-profit provider of over 1200 affordable rental units in the capital region of Victoria, BC. Affordable housing is the cornerstone of a healthy and economically strong community. CRHC provides low and moderate-income families with safe, suitable homes which remain affordable as their lives and families change and grow. CRHC also provides affordable housing for low-income seniors and for people who are on a government disability pension. The Corporation is owned by the Capital Regional District, and is governed by a Board of Directors which includes members of the community and directors from the Capital Regional District Board. Our Board of Directors is committed to improving and expanding housing opportunities in the years to come.
