Colorado Empowered Learning (CEL) is a state-funded initiative that aims to harness the talents and knowledge of educators across the state to enhance equity and access in K-12 education through blended learning. CEL Partners with educators and organizations throughout the state to catalyze innovation in education, with services provided by the non-profit organizations iLearn Collaborative and Colorado Digital Learning Services.
