The Fresh Start is a fitness and wellness retreat nestled in the rolling hills of Chiang Mai Thailand .The retreat was founded by Louise and Richard Thomas. Richard served as a Physical training instructor in the British Royal Marines and Louise has been a fitness, yoga , pilates and meditation teacher for over 30 years. We offer all inclusive packages which include homely accommodation, mouth watering healthy menu, massages, round trip airport transfers and our fitness and wellness programme. The retreat is set in a quaint rural village away from the hustle and bustle of the city, it is the perfect place to feel closer to nature and to re-charge your batteries. We are here to help you get fitter and healthier in a magical tropical location. We take our guests out and about so they can also experience the cultural delights of Chiang Mai.
