Salute Life, LLC is a black owned and operated lifestyle platform and genuine voice from the culture that honors artists, creators and innovators globally.The late Jamel “Mel” Houseworth was the brainchild behind Salute Life. Circa 2006, “Mel” set out to create a digital platform which would showcase all of the positive people and movements worldwide. An online community that spread only positive news highlighting the creative curators of the world who are genuine, influential and bringing about change for the better within their communities. Art is a talent, it’s political, it’s culture, it’s vibrant, it’s black and white, it’s the gray area. It’s imaginative creation stimulated through the eyes of visionaries. These visions manifest stories that are sometimes open to interpretation by audiences that receive that artistic energy. Art is the life force of creativity and our goal is to provide a platform for that universal life.
