Antimony 51 is a social enterprise that takes a holistic approach to helping artists and creative practitioners be healthier and happier, nourishing their creativity and practise, contributing to how they support others through arts participation. For many creative practitioners, helping others through the arts, is often at the expense of their own health, with stress, burnout and feelings of isolation, prevalent. We have developed a Programme of Workshops and Events to improve the personal health and wellbeing of creatives.
