A non-profit award-winning leadership programme empowering disadvantaged young people from East London to realise their full potential and become community leaders. We work to empower young people to lead positive change and increase their access to leading universities and competitive careers. Currently working with 225 young people from 70+ schools across six East London boroughs. Delivering for the Mayor of London, UK Home Office, London Borough of Redbridge and the Worshipful Company of the Drapers. Winner of the UK Parliament Award, the Mayor’s Award for Services to Young People and a finalist for ITV's National Diversity Awards for Campaign of the Year.
