Practic SA has become over the last 15 years one of the leading operators of retail and service spaces in Bucharest. Furthermore, since the development of large modern shopping platforms has accelerated the decline of traditional street trade, the company decided to conduct feasibility and impact studies to assess and invest in the locations deemed to have greater future economic potential. As a result, the company has been involved in several real estate transactions, acquiring both land and buildings between 2001 and 2015, thus upgrading the real estate portfolio of Practic SA. The economic potential of recent acquisitions provides important prospects for future years. Practic SA is a public company and it had been listed on the RASDAQ segment of the Bucharest Stock Exchange from November 1996 until 2015, when it was transferred to the AeRO market.
