Piritahi, which means ‘coming together’ in Te Reo, is an alliance of companies specialising in aspects of civil design and construction. Combining our expertise and resources, we're streamlining land development - laying the groundwork for neighbourhoods that are better to live in and homes that are more affordable on behalf of Kāinga Ora. We're removing 7000 old state houses, remediating land, designing and constructing future-ready infrastructure and amenity, and looking after the communities we're working in as we go. Piritahi is part of the largest urban regeneration project in NZ's history which will allow Kāinga Ora to build 25,000+ new warm, dry homes for Aucklanders.
