Founded by Renée Gardiner, an award-winning mental health and social researcher, writer, coach and entrepreneur, KŌTA was born out of Renée’s own mindbody wellbeing journey — through experiencing massive gaps in care and seeking integrated solutions for health. Renée has received a 40 Under 40 Business News Award and has been acknowledged in Australian Parliament for leadership in mental health.
