Wellsprings for Women's Vision is for All Women Shaping Their Own Lives. Our Mission is to deliver services and programs in a safe and welcoming place that enable women to thrive. Wellsprings for Women is committed to advocating for an equitable society and addressing the structural, social and economic barriers that preclude women from achieving their full potential. This is done through education, skill-building, pathways to employment, direct services and the promotion of health and wellbeing. Wellsprings uses a holistic approach to working with women which recognises the intersectional forms of oppression that impede women's advancement and exclude them from influencing the decision-making processed that affect their lives.
