The Concept/The Maui Connection Fork & Salad features five greens, 11 gluten-free dressings, seven gluten-free proteins and more than 50 fresh salad ingredients that are as locally-sourced as possible. Each meal is customized in three minutes or faster. They even include a keiki (children’s) menu and list calories/allergy conditions for menu items, plus offer health-inspired beverages like organic kombucha on draft, housemade juices and infused teas and lemonades. #EatHealthyThinkMaui We always keep health in mind, along with one of the most special places on earth: Maui, whose rich terrain and thriving farms inspired us to begin this mission and share it with the world.
