Established in 1985, AM Partners Inc. is a progressive design studio where ideas and cultures intersect. With more than 35 years of government and private commissions, AMP has been recognized by numerous award-winning design commissions for educational facilities, schools, military housing, major building renovations, retail establishments, and custom residential projects. Notable projects include the renovation of the historic Kamamalu high-rise office building at the corner of Richard and King Street, the design of the Aiea Intermediate Applied Technology Center, the Hanapepe Stadium Concessions Building & Concourse, and current design projects for the University of Hawaii at Manoa Student Success Center and the Kapa'a Police Substation for Kauai County.
