The Little Wings Foundation is an independent nonprofit organization, which has been set up by one of the region's prominent paediatric orthopaedic surgeons. The Foundation was founded in 2007, and registered in the UK as a charity in 2010. The foundation is dedicated to providing medical assistance to children, living in the Middle East and other regions, who have musculoskeletal deformities. We aim to give back to children the freedom they have lost to be children due to their physical impairments. We also offer support to families, empowering them to manage their children's condition and recovery. Our Mission is threefold: - Facilitate treatment for children with congenital or acquired limb deformities. - Offer support to small individual projects that focus on the treatment of children with specific limb deformities. - Conduct education and awareness campaigns. The Little Wings Foundation is run entirely by volunteers and we rely on our generous donors to support us in these endeavours.
