Monarch Endeavors was founded in 2016 by Julie Sumner, a labor and employment attorney with over 15 years of experience helping employers. Monarch was born out of Julie’s frustration with the reactive nature of litigation. Monarch’s aim is to provide a more impactful and effective way to help employers avoid (or at least minimize the risk of) litigation by taking a proactive approach to compliance. Our compliance-based services include customized training, HR hotline support, and independent investigations. But Monarch doesn’t stop at compliance. We work with employers, through our customized consulting, coaching, and strategic planning services, to move beyond compliance to achieving and maintaining a standard of excellence.
