Horizons Bridgeport closes the opportunity gap by providing underserved students access to tuition-free, high-quality academics, social and emotional learning and enrichment in out-of-school time learning programs. Horizons' community-centered approach puts children on a path to success in school and life. Bridgeport is currently served by three Horizons sites: -Horizons at Greens Farms Academy -Horizons at Sacred Heart University -Horizons at Notre Dame High School Horizons Bridgeport was formed in 2019 to dramatically expand the Horizons program in the City of Bridgeport - growing to four regionally coordinated sites, eventually enabling 1,000+ Bridgeport students to participate in our curriculum.
