.We face many challenges in life. It is important we feel good within ourselves but experiences of exercising are often difficult to maintain. Through motivation and support it is my aim to help as many people as possible, work together, to achieve a more healthy and balanced approach to life. As an added incentive for all members, and throughout our journey together, a 5% donation, out of membership fees, will be given to a Charity Aid Foundation.
