We prefer a collaborative approach where we help you develop your project scope and then create with you a high-value design and cost estimates. We'll get structural engineering and permitting in order and then project manage from start to completion. We also consult with owners who have had work done without proper or complete permitting to help resolve outstanding issues, oftentimes reducing or eliminating fines in the process. In the process we arrange for sub-standard work to be fixed.
