IMPACT BOARDS EM is a partnership-funded, not-for-profit organisation, founded in 2020 in response to Board members’ demand for collaboration on addressing global emergencies and achieving sustainable business transition across the EM. We are led by a team of board members and high profile emerging market experts with a finance and legal background, each of whom spent 20+ years in top global corporations researching the region and establishing best practices. We believe Board independence, diversity and climate change awareness in Emerging Market corporations are key for sustainable business and value creation in the long term. We are passionate about preserving our planet for future generations by promoting best practices of corporate and climate governance to corporate Boards.
