The Community Bankers of Wisconsin is dedicated exclusively to enhancing the franchise value of community banks through proactive advocacy, specialized educational training, and profit-enhancing services. Founded in 1981, CBW represents a majority of Wisconsin community banks with approximately 900 banking offices located in small towns, rural areas, suburbs, and cities. CBW members employ approximately 9,500 individuals and have collective assets of almost $40 billion.
