Founded in 2002 as an independent firm engaged to provide transactional support for a Fortune 100 firm’s recruit transition offering, J Kelly & Associates was born out of utility but grew into a philosophy. While we were hired initially to provide seamless project management and transactional support for Financial Advisors transitioning into their new firms, as we expanded our reach to multiple markets, our offering evolved to one that of course continues to focus on transactional efficiencies but places the greatest emphasis on the human experiences of our staff, our clients, and their customers. Adopting a philosophy that values and trusts its employees to create such experiences has brought about a team of Associates who develop Client relationships built on the same principles of value and trust.
