We think in bets. The Fractalize Decision Making Framework helps early stage start-ups place smart financial bets on product and technology strategy. The framework enables high-conviction decisions in situations fraught with uncertainty and incomplete information. We use the Fractalize Product Betting Framework to identify and prioritise product ideas that can drive non-linear net margin growth. We conduct short, sharp PoCs with well defined acceptance criteria designed to validate these ideas. We use the Fractalize Technology Betting Framework to answer the "build vs buy" question so that companies can dedicate their development talent to building out their core IP while leveraging the prolific open source / SaaS / Enterprise Software ecosystem to solve technology problems which are orthogonal to core IP. We combine the Fractalize Product Betting Framework and Fractalize Technology Betting Framework to identify ways in which AI, ML and Smart Heuristics can be used to drive commercial outcomes for early stage technology startups.
