Coating Consultancy van Klaveren is headed by Leo van Klaveren, an experienced and fully certified coating engineer who has contributed his experiences from more than 100 Superyacht paint projects ranging from prestigious new build projects to complicated re-fit projects in the Netherlands, Germany, Southern Europe and America the last 10 years. Coating Consultancy van Klaveren’s goal is to work according the KISS principle. KISS is an acronym for "Keep it Simple, Stupid" as a principle introduced by the U.S. Navy in 1960. The KISS principle states that most systems work best if they are kept simple rather than made complicated; therefore, simplicity should be a key goal and unnecessary complexity should be avoided. Each member of our team has the following recognized professional qualifications; • Frosio/ NACE certified • Registered Marine Coating Inspector (RMCI) • Technician Member of the International Institute of Marine Surveying (IIMS)
