Our in-depth expertise covers: the polymerisation process via our patented technique (polyurethane foam injection), metal work (drilling, cutting, bending, welding), textiles (laminating, cutting, making up) and finally assembly. The SOFTNESS® range is the result of a patented process which consists combining the main structure made of a high density polyurethane foam (developed in-house to provide the extraordinary softness of the seat), and a steel frame. The steel frame has very high deformation characteristics, so it's particularly well suited to absorb energy and cushion violent shocks during a car accident.
