Accountabilities:  Setting interiors of the store i.e. Conducing, Power Supply, AHU & POP and recruiting / training manpower.  Maintaining inventory levels for all categories and resolving day to day retail operation.  Handling sales, post sales and customer relationship service.  Planning and executing marketing strategies for store to increasing footfall and brand awareness.  Negotiating with vendor for marketing events and procuring FOC item. Highlights:  Product promotions organized: “Loot of the day”,” weekend carnival” ,”Auction”.  Stores achieved revenues ranging from 80 lacs to 1 Crs per month.  Managed after sale and delivery call and wishing them on birthday.
