Medina Meadows has been part of the Embassy Healthcare system for 12 years. Our recent expansion offers private suites (252 sq. ft) with private baths. We offer skilled nursing, extensive (in house) rehabilitation and long term care. To keep our residents involved we offer life enrichment activities including pet therapy, manicures, live music entertainment, an Opening Minds Through Art program and various outings when available.
