The Chair of Controlling / Performance Management at the University of St. Gallen is focused in research, teaching and application on Performance Management and Business Analytics. We use the SPMM – St. Gallen Performance Management Model as a guiding framework for research and application. We transfer our research findings into practical applications in teaching, practical projects and executive education.
