The Regional Development Company (RDC) was established in 1997 and specialises in providing results focussed services in facilitation, engagement and strategic planning including a significant amount of work with community groups, not for profit organisations, the local government sector, small businesses, and State and Federal Government departments. Our strength is developing appropriate processes to engage specific and diverse communities and stakeholders and enable them through participatory processes to develop meaningful and practical strategies for future development. We are passionate about 'bringing to life' projects based on our expertise with people, processes and achieving real outcomes. Our very real knowledge of the environmental, economic and social characteristics of different regions provides a platform to plan, create and promote dynamic and sustainable living and working environments.
