Our Family Home offers 24/7 care to adults with degenerative memory diseases, including Alzheimer’s, dementia, vascular dementia and Parkinson’s. Our single-family homes are located in suburban neighborhoods in Columbus and Cincinnati. Each single-family home is part of a safe, close-knit community and was uniquely remodeled to ease the transition into care for our residents and families.
