SLS Investing is a lending platform that allows our members to build real estate equity and earn interest income around the clock without the need to make it a full-time job. We achieve this by financing short-term real estate projects that we curate and oversee. This allows us to be; flexible, timely, consistent and risk averse when it comes to funding projects and returning consistent interest dividends to our active members. Our unique way of funding loans works by identifying a viable project and then allowing our private group of members to crowdfund a portion of each opportunity. Because these projects are typically a year in length our members can maintain reasonable liquidity not usually found in real estate investing.
