During that time, she was able to continue growing the Franklin business by double digit growth and also tripled the size of the Nashville business. In 2020 Emily took a step back from the grind and realized not every young female leader has been able to shatter the glass ceiling by the age of 30. Driven by the mission to shatter the glass ceiling, overcome the boys’ club culture, and the fight for equal pay —Emily developed the Co-Leadership program for young female executives. The Co-Leadership program works at the intersection of executive coaching, business consulting, and leadership development specifically for young female leaders. Today she is helping young female entrepreneurs and female business executives achieve more income, receive better opportunities, and experience double digit growth in their businesses.
