We don't over formalise our business relationships with page after page of technical specs, instead we take a simple, common sense approach to ensure complete transparency and to maximise the effectiveness of the end product. DISCUSS - an initial informal meeting, either in person or on the phone to understand the needs of the business and your requirements in broad terms. DESIGN - the bit where we sit behind computer screens and do our thing. Sometimes we will release an initial version for the customer to play with in order to get feedback and fine tune the development process. DELIVER - the final version of the software will be given to the customer to iron out any issues and make any final modifications. We will work with you or your staff to install, and train on your new product.
