Iguality is a registered non profit organisation in Barcelona, Spain. We strongly believe that mental health care should be accessible to all members of society, which is why we offer free mental health services to individuals and communities that face marginalisation and precarity. Our work is divided into three main lines of action. Firstly, we offer direct impact activities where mental health acts as the umbrella that covers our areas of our work: psychosocial support, education, community building and sports. Secondly, we offer training & development services, where we support and coach other nonprofit and profit organisations to increase their social impact. Lastly, we put many efforts in awareness raising & research, through which we give a voice to communities facing injustice and where we emphasise the importance of mental health care. Together with our local and international partners, we work with a wide range of individuals and groups, including people with a refugee background, people from LGBTIQ+ communities, people that face mental or physical disabilities, people that face economic infringement or people that face injustice in any other way.
