We provide M&E support directly to main contractors and clients and can offer assistance in the following areas: Validation surveys Initial M&E review of the clients tender documentation in order to write a section for the main contractors tender submission Initial M&E review of the clients tender documents to highlight any project specific key issues and potential long lead items that may affect the programme Attend project interviews with the main contractor Manage the M&E installations on site including undertaking weekly minuted M&E meetings Manage the M&E design process; comment technically on the contractors proposed installation drawings; ensure that consultants drawing and technical comments are closed out efficiently Undertake M&E snagging exercise on site and ensure all issues are closed out Work closely with the project planner to ensure that the M&E programme is sufficiently detailed Attend the weekly client project meetings to manage and answer all M&E client queries Undertake a commissioning management role Write detailed M&E commissioning programmes Manage the commissioning and client training process Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
