YSA is an architecture firm based in Puerto Rico offering building design, land planning, interiors, and more. We have a portfolio spanning over twenty-five years. YSA was founded in San Francisco, California, and based in San Juan since 2000. Our design and delivery of architectural services include a broad range of work. We work in residential, interiors, institutional, commercial, recreational and workplace projects. Other areas are: – sustainability architecture programs – Feasibility design studies – Adaptive re-use design – Land planning Our work extends across Puerto Rico and the United States. Instead, we work to imbue our design with style, rather than follow a style. Our work ranges from traditional to contemporary. We believe that the best design takes place when the architect’s skill and training are combined with the interest of an engaged and thoughtful client. To enable that teamwork, we thoroughly research the particulars of each assignment and the human needs that are anticipated and use those findings to test our ideas against.
