PGS works with boards of organisations to improve their effectiveness. We do this by working with the baobrd and senior management on - board effectiveness reviews - by observing the board in action, interviews, questionnaires. With a particular emphasis on how the board behaves and works together; - governance reviews - reviewing and recommending optimum governance structures and systems which work; - expert facilitation eg by leading board away days, which alway finish with a clear action plan. We are also available to create and register charities and review any aspect of governance.
