For more than 25 years now the attorneys at TMS have been providing legal services to a wide range of clients, both individuals and legal entities. JUDr. Pavel Tuma founded the law firm in the centre of Prague back in 1992, and few years later, the firm expanded when it was joined by the attorneys JUDr. Vendelín Mihalik and JUDr. Martin Soukup, Ph.D. , and the law firm started to operate under the joint name TUMA • MIHALIK • SOUKUP. Over the last 25 years our law firm has grown to what it is now, comprising a stable team of eight attorneys, two junior lawyers and other experts. In order to provide broad and comprehensive legal services and related consultancy, we also cooperate with a number of external lawyers, experts and consultants in the area of accounting, taxation, real estate and enterprise valuation, assets management etc. We want to offer both our both local and foreign clients high quality legal services and lasting, reliable and flexible cooperation not only in the Czech language, but also in English, German, Russian and Spanish. We understand the individual needs of each client, and we strive to accommodate them and come up with an optimal solution for each of them in all areas of law.
