Grassroots Graduates is a new job board that aims to introduce young talent to exclusive job opportunities and support them in their job search. We recognised that there is a desire for employers to become diverse and inclusive however they sometimes struggle to find young talent due to the lack of exposure around the career paths they may have to offer. Our initiative will provide support and make job roles available to talent seeking apprenticeships, internships as well as graduates.
