MK undertook major medical facility projects in Singapore such as the remodeling project (Phase 1 & 2) of National University Hospital and the new Integrated Building and Medical Centre of Changi General Hospital. MK was appointed as the Consultant Project Manager in association with RDC Architects. The company was also appointed as lead consultant for an intensive addition and alteration industrial project. The project was successfully completed in February 2013. MK also undertook project management services for hospitality projects and completed a high-end luxurious resort project in Phuket, Thailand, in December 2013. MK’s services into Cambodia in late 2009, providing lead consultancy services. MK made its imprint into Vietnam in 2010. MK Vietnam was established and key directors were inducted into the team signifying localization and strengthening of the business. The group set its sights on Myanmar. And in 2013, the group was appointed as the development manager for a high end mixed residential development in Yangon. The leadership conducts the business with INTEGRITY, DEDICATION, OPENNESS, CREATIVITY AND FAIRNESS. We put great emphasis on honest dealings, and inspires dedication.
