Leadership Fairfax inspires, develops, engages and connects diverse leaders across sectors and experience. We increase leaders’ knowledge and perspectives on key local and regional issues, and provide an environment for challenging and strategic conversations. Leadership Fairfax is a nonprofit membership corporation dedicated to building leaders’ ability to impact issues facing Fairfax County and the region. Through our three leadership development programs, The Leadership Fairfax Institute, The Emerging Leaders Institute (ELI), and The Lifetime Leaders Program (LLP), Leadership Fairfax establishes and connects leaders who raise the tide not only in their organization, but also in the whole Northern Virginia community. The organization’s 1700 alumni represent Fortune 500 companies, regional nonprofits, local and federal government, small businesses, social service organizations and artistic ventures.
