Our Mission: to provide comprehensive, high quality, cost effective healthcare in an educational and supportive environment that empowers patients to take an assertive role in caring for their well-being through all stages of life. Who We Are: Westside Family Health Center is a non-profit community health center providing a wide range of low-cost or no-cost health care services. Services We Provide: family practice, women's health services including family planning and prenatal care, pediatric care, men's health services, immunizations, reproductive health, chronic care management/education for diabetes, asthma, cholesterol, and high blood pressure, HIV counseling and testing and prevention support. Who We Serve We serve low-income men, women, children and the unisured population. WFHC provides services regardless of one's ability to pay. Nearly 90% of our patients are unisured and 67% live below the poverty level.
