We run our business with contingency built in to everything we do. Directors are more than happy to go out on a build if a Crew Chief is off sick (Indeed they look forward to the opportunity to get out in the fresh air). We always have a backup vehicle available in case of break down, and we ensure spares of all essential equipment is available in case of breakages or damage.
