Mandala House is an established, interdisciplinary group practice providing adult and adolescent outpatient mental health services, as well as training and research, in the Irish Hill neighborhood area near downtown Louisville. We offer psychotherapy to individuals, partners, families, and groups as well as assessment and psychiatric services. We work with a diverse clinical population within an environment that appreciates system dynamics and mind-body connections. We strive to provide best-practice care guided by science and clinical wisdom. We are committed to providing and maintaining an LGBTQ+ and BIPOC-affirming environment for both patients and staff.
