RREAF Construction Services (RCS) was formed in early 2020 to streamline the development and construction process at RREAF Holdings. RCS has assembled a veteran team of real estate professionals and seasoned contractors, both from within RREAF and in collaboration with Avenue Construction, based in Nashville, TN. RCS delivers targeted expertise, expanding economies of scale, and continual superior results on future RREAF planned community, multifamily, and retail developments. RCS provides construction management expertise and general construction practices to ensure pricing transparency and arms-length accountability for RREAF’s investors.
