The Ingenium Academy International Summer School for Music offers a musical and cultural experience for talented 14 - 18 year old musicians from all over the world in the beautiful and historic city of Winchester, England. We provide exclusive tuition from world renowned musicians, performances in top British venues and the opportunity to meet like-minded friends from all over the world within our environment of creative excellence. The heart of The Ingenium Academy lies within our distinguished faculty, which is comprised of the UK's finest teachers and musicians. Our team includes names from the Royal Academy of Music, the National Youth Choir of Great Britain, The City of London Sinfonia and multi-grammy award winning a cappella group The Swingle Singers. During the summer programme, students rehearse and perform a diverse and challenging array of repertoire and discover new genres of music through our broad range of workshops and activities. In addition to the enriching musical curriculum, students also uncover historical Britain in the glorious city of Winchester and enjoy day trips to nearby London. We immerse our students in a cultural adventure where they will meet and form friendships with other talented young musicians from all over the world.
