designel llc is an architectural group that specializes in architecture, planning and interiors. Both of the firm principals have been practicing for over twenty five years and share a twenty year relationship operating a regional office for the internationally renowned architectural firm of Zeidler Partnership in West Palm Beach, Florida. They established that office in 1992, which developed into a mid-sized, full service architectural practice and together have completed a wide range of projects within the local community and throughout the country. Our passion for design excellence, meticulous attention to detail, experience on high profile projects and spirited relationships we developed with our clients has enabled us to successfully develop a body of work which ranges from residential to large complex projects, for the private sector, non-profit boards and public institutions. Although our experience covers a wide range of building types, we have developed a special interest and expertise for cultural projects including both visual and performing arts facilities. We have realized many projects serving as a lone architectural entity; however, in many instances we have successfully associated with architectural partners, where it appeared a teaming would better serve the client, and would be in the best interest of the project. We have also performed using almost every type of project delivery method; from traditional bid documents to the construction management approach to design build teams, always working within established guidelines, timeframes and budgets. We believe that every project is unique and deserves a distinct architectural response that meets its budgetary and programmatic parameters and responds to its context.
