Organisations often offer tailored networking opportunities for women, where we can explore prospective career paths in a safe space. However, the COVID-19 outbreak has made it difficult to build these networks, especially given increasing job uncertainties in many fields. We want to foster an online community, connecting women across industries to help one another professionally through honest and raw conversations.
