I am a certified QuickBooks (QBO) ProAdvisor who provides monthly or quarterly financial maintenance, one-time clean-up services, and/or will set you up on QBO and train you on how to maintain your financials going forward. Another area I am passionate about is process improvement. Using an automated workflow solution will allow you to focus more on your business than the day-to-day manual processes. I can help you ensure the company processes are easily understood, set-up, and maintained. They can be applied to financial processes as well as the day-to-day tasks of running a business. I live in Greenwood, Indiana and earned my Accounting Associate degree from Indiana University when they still had such a thing. :-) Then I earned my Finance degree from the Kelly School of Business at IU. My 38-year corporate America career focused on accounting - payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, purchasing, inventory, etc. For many years I managed accounting departments and presented financial reports on a routine basis. I eventually moved into system implementations staying close to accounting systems. I have also earned a few important certifications along the way which are beneficial. My background is perfect fit to help you with your bookkeeping. Today's world is very technical - tying all those systems together takes a technical nerd and that's me! But you also need someone who can categorize and analyze the numbers to help guide you on the best decisions for growing your business. I can provide that guidance as this is a true passion for me. It is key as a small business owner to understand your financials as the number one reason small business fails it due to not understanding their cash flow and financials.
