We curate and host recreational cooking & education classes for adults and children; promoting healthy eating and living habits through hands on and lecture style classroom environments. Our commitment to our community, as well as our planet, and an exceptional understanding of the culinary needs of our students of all ages allows us to focus on the entire cooking and eating process, from grower to “cooker”. With a strong emphasis on fresh herbs, we aim to allow students to gain more knowledge in the origin of the foods they eat, along with how to prepare both elaborate and simple meals, with great ease & joy. We are passionate advocates of organic and fair trade communities from all around the world and committed to supporting local chefs, farmers & artisans in our own backyards. We support global organic farmers in thier pursuit of global import and export with creative, cutting edge marketing, sales and new business support.
